Here we go! Full "Tip to Tail" review of all the features found on The Revolution 26 by Reel Rollers. We made all of these features standard so customers wouldn't see a purchase price and then realize they had to spend $200 - $500 more. The Revolution has set a new STANDARD for Reel Mowing. What about the removeable reel. I have not seen anything on that yet

I remember when people were talking about that a few months ago, but I went back and couldn't find anything on the Reel Rollers website about it. Where exactly did you read about that?
Believe there was mention of it on the private Facebook group. That said, people ran wild with the info and speculated a cartridge system which isn’t the purpose. It’s to be able to send the reel off for sharpening without having to load up the whole machine. With no reference at this point, wondering if maybe that didn’t make final production run, or if it’s going to be a non-advertised added bonus. Bet we’ll know a lot more when the user guides start to pop up.

Speculating here, but safety and consumers not messing up their machines IMO is probably why it’s being carefully released. Needs to be a process and experimenting with problems to be able to help troubleshoot. Think of the worst person you know with mechanical stuff and imagine them taking off a reel that can cut their fingers off and/or get their fingers caught in a chain drive. Makes you want RR to take their time in that release 😂😂😂

More importantly is it March 29th yet????

My grass is full on growing and I need to mow!!!!!
Got an email from RR that the earliest date for getting your hands on one will now be April 11, which is about two weeks past the March 29 date. It's a bit disappointing (I wish Isaac had told us mid-April in his email back in January) but there's nothing to do at this point aside from waiting.

Same. Looks like it's been wrapped up in the freight shipping process for ~7 weeks - that's out of their hands so can't fault em for it. My guess is shipping conditions worsened since that Jan 5 update which is what led to an additional couple weeks.

Hi All, my two cents... From experience, shipping (and specifically the Panama Canal) is a damn nightmare for importers at the moment. No way they would've been able to foresee these issues in Jan. The Canal is low on water, so only a few ships are getting through every day when coming from the East. I'm pretty sure this is the reason for their delay, and no doubt they're as frustrated as you! Hang in there... I'm sure they'll be coming your way soon (y)

I should clarify that the email from Isaac yesterday stated that the shipments are coming in March 30, which is the basically the same date that we were told back in January. However, the email explained that customers couldn't start to pick them up until April 11 because the mowers need to be unloaded, checked, etc. When we were originally told the mowers would arrive March 29, I (and probably others) assumed that would be the date we could pick them up. For those of us with lawns that are greening up more and more each day, even a two-week delay can seem like a long time. Still looking forward to that first mow with the new mower!

Semantics, but the original email said March 29 would be the date they would receive the mowers at the shop. Looks like they are arriving in Atlanta on March 30 (Saturday), and then freight will deliver them to the shop the following week beginning Monday, April 1. So they've been pretty damn close - my guess on the extra fluff time after they receive them is due to the demand being 10x what they initially anticipated, meaning they've got 10x the mowers to package up and ship out than they originally anticipated.
