Black spots on my lawn

So I was out today doing second "mini" level and noticed these spots on my lawn.

At first they almost looked to be scalped spots but I don't believe them to be.

It's almost like oil spots but it's not.

Thoughts?

Looks like slime mold. You area has been getting dumped on for rain correct? I have some showing up in my back yard that I noticed when I mowed last night.

It does look slimy to me. Yes - heavy rains for 4 days straight. How should I treat this?

I'm unsure. From what I have read it will go away once things dry out. I also saw that you could hose it off once it dry, however you are spreading spores when you do that.

I noticed that in my Bermuda. When I stepped on it a plume of Black dust came up. I applied some Scott's disease ex it seems to be going away.
