Looks like torpedo grass to me which is a hard to deal with weed unfortunately.

 

Using Quinclorac should be good to use to on torpedo

+1 on the Torpedograss ID. You can blanket spray Quinclorac. Just follow the label rates and don't "spray angry".

@ashleykennedy27 I say that from experience. I used Quinclorac on green kyllinga in my backyard a couple of years ago and it dinged the Bermuda pretty hard. I mixed according to the label but did a spot spray and I was very angry when I did it.

 

I blanketed Quinclorac 1.5L (XLR8 clone) at 1.45 oz/m, 24d amine 32 oz acre rate, Certainty at 1.25 oz acre rate, and MSO .5 oz/m (with counsel and blessing of @Greendoc) on 4/19 to control a bit of centipede in my zoysia. No collateral damage to the zoysia at all.
