Hey everyone I haven't been on in a while due to life and just wanted to post my issue and see what everyone thinks. A couple of years ago I started a complete renovation. Last year it looked great and showed alot of promise for this year. Unfortunately this year it has been so wet I think my grass has died from brown patch. I put out fungicide a little over a week ago. The green picture is from last year and the other picture is a different angle from today. (I didn't think to get a picture before the sun went down). I normally have a small amount of brown patch but this year it seems like it took over my lawn overnight. Any thoughts or recommendations? The green you seen in the picture from today is sod that got laid the same time I seeded the rest of the yard. I really don't know what to do.

@CHaynie if it's large patch, it will come back once temps get high enough to squash the disease. Curative rates can slow the spread any further, but it might be mid-June before the lawn starts to perk up. Don't put down any fertilizer until you know you are past large patch activity. If you apply fungicides in the Fall and Spring every year you can better manage this. If it happens to be something worse like TARR, then you could definitely have issues later.

So the sod portion is handling it a lot better? You can see the line between sod/seed in the first pic also. First pic is beautiful! I hope you get it back. Did the pavers around the little tree sink into the ground?
Yes the sod has fared much better. I'm not sure if it's because it was thicker/more established or if the difference in soil because of it being sod. I got tired of the pavers and removed them haha.

I have had several people here and other places say grubs. We got a break in the rain so I went and dug up a few spots. Didn't find any grubs bit found some red worms. I'm not saying it's not grubs. Would me putting out an insecticide hurt anything even if it's a fungus? I just want to do something to get it back going I can't stand my yard looking like this.
