Have you tried any herbicides? I put down round up cco a month ago. Did a great job getting rid of clover but didn’t really kill anything else. I’m planning to overseed fall and spring (not sure if that’s over kill) and core aerate this year. Trying to get a good protocol to get lawn thicker

I don't think that's Dallis. I think that's plain old crabgrass. Did you put down preemergent this spring? Have you tried any selectives on it?

If it is crabgrass, a quinclorac concoction would normally be the recco. However, between the clover, dandelion, and others I think you need more than just quinclorac. I would do a round of Tzone which should take care of most of that. You'll probably need a second application to get it all.

Looks like crabgrass to me as well. It isn't Dallisgrass, as the leaves don't look flat enough hue to me. Also, Dallisgrass is a perennial and clumps a lot more than you have there. I can't rule out Foxtail as there appears to be a reddish hue to the stem. Quackgrass is much more blueish and has a collar. The ligules don't look like Barnyard grass to me... in that your grass appears to have ligules, and barnyard grass does not. A close-up like the one attached would be helpful, or you could compare to the photo and tell us what you see. The photo, I believe, is of Zoysia grass, but I am not entirely sure which cultivar- I have been stumped for a while.

Do the leaves have hairs on them? I also can't tell from the photos if it is spreading via rhizomes or stolons, or both.
