Need some help figuring out if this mix is safe and effective for killing and preventing future weeds. Prodiamine 65 with Bayer Season long weed control concentrate (2,4-D, Mecoprop-p, Dicamba). First I need to know that these chemicals or ok to mix together and won't harm my lawn. Then I need an idea as to how much to mix. I plan on 1.7 oz of Prodiamine per 2 gallons of water per the instructions. Bayer calls for 2oz per gallon of water for Bermuda. So is it same to assume that I can simply add 4oz of Bayer concentrate to the Prodiamine mix? Also, I'd like to add dish soap or baby shampoo as a surfactant. How much should I add to each 2 gallons of the mix? Thanks in advance for your replies!

1.) Prodiamine and 3 way are ok to tank mix
2.) 1.7 Oz Prodiamine is for 4 gallons, assuming that you're putting it out on 4,000 Sq Ft.
3.) the Bayer May or may not have surfactant in it already
4.) You should be doing 2oz per 1,000 square ft, regardless of how many gallons that takes you.
5.) if you want to use surfactant, use surfactant. If you can't or won't buy it for some reason skip the baby shampoo.

Yes, sorry, you are correct on the prodiamine mixing. But on the attached photo, it does say 2oz of Bayer per gallon for Bermuda. What do you think?

It also says that 1 gallon treats 500 square feet. So you would have to calculate everything on 2 gallons per 1000 square feet. So prodiamine would be .825 oz per 4 gallons of water which would cover 2000 square feet. Or maybe you can double the Bayer per gallon and keep everything in 1 gallon = 1000 square feet mixtures.
