Tips to combat zoysia heat stress (photo)

How can I combat heat stress in my zoysia? It's well watered multiple times per week with adequate coverage.

Climate and location: Windermere, FL (Orlando) / hot and dry stretch

(Other turf in other neighborhood properties is reacting the same so not worried about disease or insects being the issue)

Yes. You just turn on the irrigation for 3-5 minutes in the heat of the day. It's not going to soak in; you're just going to cool off the canopy. When it gets real hot here in Florida, I do it at noon and 3:00PM.
