New construction home. Moved in September 2022. This fall, we aerated, over seeded with Tall Fescue and top dressed with topsoil/compost 50/50 mix. We cut down 4 large trees in the front yard and ground the stumps prior to starting. First two pictures are prior to starting, before the trees were gone. The next 4 pictures are 6 days after seed down. And the last three are 40 days after germination.
