Have some Poa popping up after the scalp but I thought I read sulfentrazone would slow Bermuda green up? Anyone heard this? I was hoping to spray the Poa but don't want to slow the green up coming.
I think it is always best to use the low rate and follow up in 30-60 days.TurfML said:Thanks for the responses! Since it's early in the green up I may do a light app to hit the Poa and hopefully not delay the green up
The active ingredient in Image is sulfentrazone and it worked well early in the winter at killing. It did take a few weeks but one app laid them down. I'm assuming it would do the same thing in the spring?Movingshrub said:Does sulfentrazone control poa annua? I could have sworn Dismiss was labeled for several cool season grasses.
Damn I thought I read "Image" with a red label would do it. Here's what I picked up.Movingshrub said:The active in Image is Imazaquin.

Anyways, I don't think sulfentrazone is going to do it on poa annua.
Image/imazquin will ding poa.
The Image that has Imazaquin also has red text:TurfML said:Damn I thought I read "Image" with a red label would do it. Here's what I picked up.
