Stressed turf from herbicide?

I applied my 3rd app of Pylex as part of the Bermuda removal plan, then a few days later applied Ethofumesate for Poa Annua (to use as a pre-emergent). I know Ethofumesate can be tricky from my past experience, and if overapplied can kill the TTTF.

I'm in the process of getting a better sprayer setup, but I ended up doing 1k sq ft. perfect, but then another 4k sq ft. at half the rate. So I went the other direction again, etc. but I think overall I wasn't as consistent.

So the turf now has turned slightly more yellow-green with some burnt tips. Last week I mowed, and it took some of the affected tops off, but it's not getting it's color back.

Would applying nitrogen help, or would that make it worse? It looks like it will eventually grow out of it...

It definitely sounds like the turf is stressed out. This happened to me over the summer. Keep watering the area every day and see if the color will come back. It took maybe 3-4 mows of the affected area before it started to coming back. What essentially happens is the damaged part of the turf continues to grow to the top of the blade and during each mowing, you take a piece of that damaged turf off.
