Here are my reports. Everyone is saying my report looks good but this area is struggling and thin. This is Florida centipede grass.

who's telling you your soil report looks good??? 6#/Ac of Phos is borderline lethargic.

I'm assuming this is UFL M1 test, and 3ppm of Phos is below any level of sufficient turf nutrition. With your CEC levels you're either growing on some sandy soil or the ugly clay that I've been blessed with as well. This is not a magic pill solution but you need some Phos down asap to give that turf a fighting chance.

OP, I also have a Centipede lawn in the Florida Panhandle. How long have you been at the property, and how long has it been predominantly Centipede grass? Is the area of your lawn which is struggling getting enough water/irrigation? The recent drought in this area has posed some challenges in my yard with thin spots.

The 15-0-15 you used is probably adequate, especially if its got some of the micronutrients added that your yard is lacking. It will likely take at least a full growing season and re-fertilizing before the overall soil test numbers improve.
