I spread about 20 yards of topsoil into a easement area ditch in my backyard. Going to put down some seed, should I work at getting it raked and put seed and wheat straw down before the rain comes in or wait until the rain is gone? Suppose to rain for 3-4 days starting Friday. I'm sure I can get it done before it gets here, or should I wait until its gone.
