Bought these blades to try, which are considerable less $ than Husqvarna blades. I went through the orig set of factory blades and a three set pack of endurance blades from factory over this season. These from amazon are of lower quality and get beat up much more easily than factory blades based on my first use.

I try not run the mower in the rain so it doesn't get too dirty with grass build-up underneath and around the wheels. The amazon blades went through the yard for a short time in a light rain one time last week. When I went to clean the mower and check the blades, two of them where not moving freely and basically locked in the position they were in. Looks like a small amount of grass got wedged and when dried acted like a glue. That never happened with the factory blades, but I don't think they went through the rain at all to the best of my recollection. I only got two weeks out this first set, however being stuck in place surly took life out of the blades. Will report on the next set which I just installed. I run the mower 9.5 hours a day,

Honestly I've had brand and unbranded blades get stuck with grit and pinestraw on the blades. I've had the branded and unbranded both wear out at different rates to the point that I couldn't establish any real statistical significance about whether any were better. I generally think that the Husq brand are a bit sharper and cut a little cleaner, compared to generic, but I also found that cutting edge on the husq round of faster. When I'm using PGR I'm cutting less and I still won't go longer than 3 weeks before swapping blades, generally 2 weeks is about all I'm getting out of either, but I don't wait till they get dull before changing. With the fairway kit and all my sand its about as bad of a torture test on blades you can get. Did I mention Pinestraw is the enemy of the automower, I'm always checking the mower to see if straw is wrapped around the screws.
