My backyard zones have Hunter PGP Rotors, Over time these have recessed below ground level, currently 2-3 inches on average. Coverage is still fine with head to head coverage As long as grass isn’t over 3”. Question is: Is it worth the time to dig up and raise the heads, or just wait until something breaks and has to be dug anyway?
I went ahead and raised my MP rotator heads in the front due to crap coverage, had to do full internal swaps due to bad seals (that was a fun water bill that month) and heads not popping up.
