Question on new JD E140 deck

I got a good deal on a new E140 from Lowe's (I know the word is to not buy from the big box, but I talked to a guy at a JD dealer and he said the ones at Lowe's have the exact same parts as dealer models, so figured what the hell).

Anyway, I noticed that the right side of the deck is angled up slightly and is not flat on the floor like the chute side of the deck is. Is this normal? I've never noticed it on other models before (granted they were lower models).

Pics below. Please excuse the messy garage, have a lot of projects going on right now. Thanks in advance for the help.

Concrete is level.

I just leveled the deck using the 2" block method, all 3 points match. Tires are at correct PSI. The deck still sits lower on the chute side.

Anybody have an E140 that can chime in? I want to confirm if this is normal or not before I use it.

You need to level the deck with the hanger nuts you can see in your pictures. I highlighted them for you. The back of the deck has a nut on each side. The manual that came with it will tell you how to level it. It should have been level already but I noticed mine wasn't level when I bought mine from the dealer too.

Thanks kruse. Not sure if you saw my post, I already leveled the deck and it's still sitting like that.

I haven't been able to find another 48" model to check if it's the same.
I would level the blades and not the deck and see how it sits then. The block method works for the most part but different blades could change that height.

I took the deck off today, I assume it should not be sitting like this. No one with a 48" JD can comment?

I too was thinking that the deck just needed to be adjusted, but that doesn't look right. I would definitely be checking with John Deere on that one. If the deck is bent, you would never get a good looking cut out of it.
