Propiconazole immunity?

I sprayed twice this year with Propiconazole 14.3 @ 2oz rate in early June this year. I noticed some dollar spot coming back again now that the temps are cooler(mid 80's) and grass is always wet with the rain/dew I've been getting. Can I spray with the same fungicide or do I need to switch to a different type?

Thanks!

I have found rotating Azoxystrobin, Propiconizole and Thiophanate Methyl pretty much guarantees fungus stays controlled in my Zoysia (which is cursed with fungus affinity).

@TampaBayFL Oh interesting. Do you have a yearly rotation you follow, or is it just when you notice it, you start spraying?

First time Zoysia owner here and I've been behind the 8 ball both times this year with fungus. I wanted to do preventive but wasn't exactly sure when to spray, mostly because I'm unfamiliar with when to do the preventative exactly.

Appreciate the help either way!

I may be overly proactive, but I have more or less retained a year-round fungicide program to be safe. I would say that generally speaking, about every three weeks or so, I am putting one of those three fungicides down in rotation. This seems to have completely eliminated fungus from the lawn and I have not noticed any ill affects from so doing. Too much (and too heavy) propiconizole will turn the Zoysia a purple color though! I learned that last year :) It didn't seem to really hurt it at all though and it grew out of it quickly.

Ive been applying at roughly 2 oz/1000 for the Propiconizole and thiophanate and simply throwing a bag of Disease EX (Azoxystrobin) down over 2500 sq ft for convenience. I may switch that one to a liquid as well for savings, but periodically Amazon has it fairly cheap so I've just been buying a bunch when they have a sale.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing your process! I will def do something similar next season for my lawn.
