Prodiamine ratio to water tank

I will be spraying Prodiamine in the next month. I use a 30 gallon pull behind sprayer for 1 acre. The prodiamine calculator says I need 8 oz for an acre. My question is, do I add 8 oz of prodiamine to 30 gallons of water or is that over diluted?
I have my 30 gallon sprayer calculated so that I use one tank for an acre.
Thanks!

@SixteenLaramie Good to hear you've got it dialed in for 30 gal/A. If you want 8oz of a.i/acre then divide 8 by the % a.i. of your prodiamine product. If it's 65wdg then 8/0.65= 12.31 oz of product needed. If it's the 4L then you need 1/8 of a gallon, or 16oz. Make sense?

That is definitely not over-diluted. The label calls for a minimum of 20 gal/acre (0.5 gal/1,000 sq ft) of carrier. You'll also want to make sure it is activated by at least 0.5 inch of rainfall or irrigation before weed seeds germinate and within 14 days following application.
Thanks. My plan is to try and spray before a rain

Not sure I'm following. But I do appreciate the help!
The calculator told me I needed roughly 8oz of Prodiamine WDG. My plan was to add 8oz to 30 gallons of water and have at it......
Btw/ what does a.i. stand for?

@SixteenLaramie depends on how long you want pre-emergent control to last. 8oz of the product, 0.32lb/A a.i. Is the lowest recommended app. 12.31oz, or 0.5lb/A a.i. is more of a midrange application of the product. All depends how long you want coverage to last, if you plan on any seeding, a split app, etc. Lots of flexibility, neither app is "wrong" all just depends what you plan on doing in terms of best approach.

These lengths refer to length during growing season, prodiamine does not break down much at cooler temps so it lasts longer when cool.

This is really great info. Much appreciated
My thought is to put it down in early March for a 3 month coverage. Then another application in June. Then overseed in September.
What are your thoughts......?
