Post-emergent English Plantain killer?

My English Plantain problem is worse this year ( 2019 thread: https://thelawnforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=30553 ). Sources say the only way to rid the lawn of them is to dig them out, which is not practical since there are, no exaggeration, thousands. The weed killers I have looked at do not list this weed.

Sources say the alternative is to use glyphosate. Since even a narrow stream of glyphosate will cover most of the lawn for this many weeds, I am surmising that I have to wait till next year and use a pre-emergent.

It looks like the name chasing is the culprit! I have some Roundup for Lawns, but it only listed these plantains:

The skipping-over of English made me think it would need a different chemical, so I kept looking. I did not know that English Plantain is the same as Buckhorn! The Buckhorn pictures match. So I guess I already have the right stuff. Thanks!
