New to the forum and lawn care in general. Lots of great info here, but I couldn't seem to find a direct answer to my question. I recently purchased a home with a fairly neglected lawn and trying to get it back in good form. I'm in Ontario (Canada) so it's very difficult to obtain herbicides. I managed to get some Par III from another province and applied a blanket application to the front and back yard to get the weeds under control. Since I had to apply new seed to some areas, I followed the directions on the bottle and waited a good two weeks after applying the Par III to seed. I do notice new weeds popping up that I either missed or starting growing afterwards. I've been pulling them out by hand but wondering if I should order (smuggle) some Tenacity and apply a blanket coverage, since it won't hurt the new seeds? Or should I give it more time for the seeds to germinate? Or should I just keep pulling by hand and leave things as is till the fall and apply it then, along with a pre-emergent?
