Hello everyone. I have ~4500sqft of a custom KBG blend that I sowed two years ago. Last year it did pretty well through the summer heat, all things considered. But this year has been a different story. Heat, disease, foot traffic, and a kid's slip n slide have really taken their toll. I'm wondering if I should overseed this year or push N with the Fall Nitrogen Blitz and see how much it can recover. I know I have quite a bit of damage from fungus thanks to Tropical Storm Debby, but it's hard to tell how much is disease and how much is just checked out from heat stress. Looking at the pictures below, what would you do?

PS: it might be a bit hard to tell in the picture, but there is a small rectangular area that looks especially dead. That area got completely torched from the slip n slide. I know I'll have to resend this area so I'm mostly asking about the remainder of the yard.

Idk, I feel like I got hit pretty hard with leaf spot, which might have turned to melting out before I could do anything with it.

I've seen how this stuff spreads in only the 2 years I've had, so I'm with you on wanting to experiment. But at the same time, I don't want to have big bald patches all winter and into spring.
