Nozzle interchangeability

I'm looking at doing some above ground spike sprinklers. I was looking at these melnor spikes. Can the nozzles in these be switched out? I have a long rectangular strip I was planning on having 3 or 4 along. I found these Rainbird nozzles that look to spray in a rectangle and was wondering if I could put these in the melnor or if there is another product to use?

^^^What @g-man said. I too would roll my own. Spike + pipe nipple + shrub adapter + nozzle. Or a small popup 4" fixed spray body would be easier to adjust left and right as needed instead of the shrub adapter. I think the nozzle threads are universal among the major manufacturers, Hunter, RB, Toro...But the Melnor product?, that is a gamble I would guess regarding the nozzle thread size.

Sorry, I meant to attach the screenshot. Those threads on the top are nozzle threads, and on the bottom are 1/2" female pipe threads, and will accept that 1/2" nipple. You just need to make sure the spikes have the same 1/2" threads like the shrub adapter you can thread in the other end of the nipple into the spike. That would be the simplest setup but you could get fancier with a small sprinkler instead of the shrub adapter. If a concern, the shrub adapter version would be less conspicuous than one with the sprinkler.

Thanks for all the help. For this side I will want the least noticable so probably will go the shrub adapter route. Other areas I will just get a sprinkler head. One thing I'm still a little confused on is how the filter with the nozzle fits with the shrub adapter. It seems like its too short for the filter to fit versus your second image which I can see how it would sit in there.
