New sod yellowing

I planted a pallet of Palisades Zoysia on Thursday. It was nice and dark green when I got it. Here it is 5 days later and Im getting yellowing/dying grass on the bottom and dark green is now a lighter green. Yellow was not there when I got it.

Not sure what's going on here. Simple transfer stress? Too much water? Too little water? No issue? Big issue? Roll with it? Panic? Riot?

Thoughts?

Also, will be interesting to compare progress - I put down Palisades Zoysia as well - 2 pallets on Wednesday and 1/2 pallet on Thursday. So they will be the same "age", lol.
Mine definitely has some yellowing, but we've had SO MUCH rain - I KNOW it is overwatered. We've had over 3 inches of rain in the last three days, and even when not raining it has been overcast and humid - was at 90% humidity today. So the blades have not dried out even once.
