Need opinions and recommendations after overseeing my zoysia lawn I decided to apply an Herbicide to get rid of weeds (mainly Nutedge). So now I am reading lots of PPL expressing issues that Tenacity will kill my zoyzia and some say there's no danger at all. Please like a lawn specialist help

Just keep babying it with water and continue mowing whether it needs it or not. Make sure it's not soaked or holding water but don't let it dry out. Hopefully, there won't be much permanent damage but you might have to do some plugging once it recovers. Post some photos if you can; misery loves company.
Do you think I can re-seed and when? I will post the disappointing photos.

No, don't reseed. It will recover.
I like your confidence but right now it looks like S**t. It was so disappointing to see all my new grass seed turning yellow. I have been watering every other day 2 times morning and evening about 5 mins each of 2 zones. Just feel like I have to do something. I spent some time measuring my irrigation with 6 tuna cans with average .2297" x 6 for .689175. I don't know how to apply these measurements to my irrigation.

About a 1/4" in 20 minutes is decent. You'll just want to make sure you are getting consistent coverage through each zone. Six cans will definitely do that. Post some close ups with better focus if you can. The photos you sent earlier looked like there was still a lot of green but they were blurry.
Yeah still alot of grass but bleached out. I am not a patient person so waiting very tuff for me. Problem with my grass is not high enough to mow it out. Waiting on T Zone pre emergence so get rid of envy weeds left.

I have found that my original grass was El Toro Zoyzia grass and I used Zenth to overseed. Very hard to find El Toro seed that's not super expensive but they sell plenty of sod here in Hawaii. Also with my temperatures and ground temps in 70's and 80's now what is a good plan for me here to progress my lawn.

I am progressing quite nicely and thanks to Redtwin for keeping me from jumping. I am going to put together some before/After photos and post them soon. These are the dead areas and after I thatched heavily and threw some seed down.
