Spider webs.

 

My money's on a fungus getting ready to become a headache, fungus has more of a cotton candy look most of the time spider webs will have the classic netting pattern in it but you have to look close to see them, are you on a fungicide program?

Grab some and try to roll it between your fingers. Report the results.

I was able to get out early to do the finger test. When I touched them, they disintegrated. I could not grab it to rub. They just disappeared.

 

Those are spider webs. Mycelium has a more cotton like appearance.
