its not a bad thing and all to do with the climate. Since you just dont like the look, you could use a blower, close to the turf it will usually just pop them off, if you dont want to cut.

Thanks, I don't know why I didn't think of that. It usually doesn't bother me but it's been steady for about 3 weeks and is just a little annoying.

We did have some heavy rain a week ago but for the most part it's been dry. I've only started watering yesterday actually as the temps are rising 80+ degrees this week. I did renovate this area in the fall and added 10yrs of topsoil so I'm sure that has something to do with it.

 

Mowed yesterday afternoon, got some rain shortly after and within a few hours many mushrooms grew back as seen in this picture. This morning they are all back and many more.

That's actually what I just tried yesterday. Looked great and I thought that would help but as of today with more rain the mushrooms are even worse

 

Get out the golf club and swing away
