I have some Sedgehammer, which recommends NIS at 2t/gal and also Drive XLR8, which recommends using methylated seed oil specifically over NIS. I'd like to put them both down as a blanket spray simultaneously. It is in the low 90s here. Do you think it will burn the grass, or should I go with one or the other (NIS and/or MSO)?

Seems like a waste of sledge hammer. Its expensive.
I'm willing to bet you're not confident how much of it is actually nutsedge.

I'd do the Drive with one or the other. Wait and take out the sedge with spot spray.

Q at right dosagses knocks out crabgrass, id pick one and roll with it. Ive never used MSO and always NIS and Quin. Always worked.

Drive XLR8 most definitely shows improved control of crab with MSO over NIS; however, it will be harder on the turf at those temps. If you can do it in the evening and water in the morning you may see less injury.
