This problem has plagued me for some time, so hoping I can get some help, because Hunter doesn't seem to be able to help. I have a wireless Rain Clik sensor connected to a Hydrawise WiFi control unit, and it's brand new but having the same issue as the old one - when the light is red it does not stop irrigation. The jumper has been taken out, pushing the black button on the sensor does make the bottom red light flash, and the wiring is per the specs. I originally had the white wire connected to the terminal next to where the blue wire is, but it was suggested to move it to the COM terminal, but that didn't change anything (pic shows original connections). The status on the control unit is constantly "Closed", so not really sure what's going on. Thanks for any help you can provide.
