I've been using a new Gravely ZT34 for a couple weeks now and am having issues with cut quality. I put the mulching kit on and leveled the new blades/deck with a leveling gauge. The blades are even on the sides, at the correct height, and the front is 1/4" lower than the front as prescribed by the owner's manual. Each time I've cut, it looks like blades of grass are not being cut and missed by the mower and the grass comes out looking shaggy. The only thing I can think of if that the mulching blades, while new, need to be sharpened. The pics are from cutting my neighbor's lawn which was tall and cut at 3"; it might be hard to see. I'm having similar results even with a shorter amount of blade cut. Any thoughts on how to improve the quality of cut?
