It has been bone dry here for about 3 weeks and I finally got some rain last evening, 0.37 inches. I have been watering early mornings one zone at a time for about an hour each (+/- 1/4 inch), alternating one zone per day, so each zone gets water every 3-4 days. It has also been scorching hot so I've had some signs of heat stress, but I think that looks different than what's going on here.
I renovated this entire lawn last fall with Tall Fescue/KBG/Fine Fescue blend, so it's still new and going through its first summer. This morning I came outside to a couple yellow areas, and assume it must be fungus. I have disease EX from the Amazon sales and put down the preventative rate about a month ago, so was going to do the preventative rate again this weekend, but looks like I might be too late.
