If you need to push out the affected areas with new growth and haven't fertilized recently there's no reason you should hold that back. You may not be able to fix the current grass blades, those may have been burned from the PW chemicals, but bermuda is the gift that keeps on giving! New growth comes up the more you feed it.

 

I agree. Bleach won't kill it and it will probably come back pretty quickly. I did the same with a "plant friendly" rust remover on my sidewalk. It completely scorched both my bermuda and zoysia and both came back quickly with no additional input from me other than watering and mowing as usual.

Your best recovery is to 1) contact the company that did the spraying and send pics, and 2) tell them they need to compensate you for damage due to their negligence. Hopefully they're nice about it and take responsibility for what they did. At the very least, they should be willing to pay for the fertilizer you use to help revive your lawn.
