Neighbor had his house pressure washed. I assume it had bleach or something similar. Now his and some of my tiftuf is a little toasty. Whats the best for recovery? I assume lots of water and not stress it with fertilizer or mowing.

Crappy pics on my way out this morning…

Not sure if fertilizer EVER stresses out Bermuda ! lol
If you need to push out the affected areas with new growth and haven't fertilized recently there's no reason you should hold that back. You may not be able to fix the current grass blades, those may have been burned from the PW chemicals, but bermuda is the gift that keeps on giving! :) New growth comes up the more you feed it.

Your best recovery is to 1) contact the company that did the spraying and send pics, and 2) tell them they need to compensate you for damage due to their negligence. Hopefully they're nice about it and take responsibility for what they did. At the very least, they should be willing to pay for the fertilizer you use to help revive your lawn.
