First off, apologies that I don't have pictures to post right now, had to leave town for work before I could grab them.
I noticed several areas of my yard turning brown. Upon closer inspection (in the early morning) I noticed there were white spores in the problem areas of my lawn. Spores kind of look like the white part of a dandelion seed, but I have no dandelions in my yard.
Question is, does this sound like brown patch and if so is Heritage fungicide the proper treatment? Yard is 1.7 acres and I've noticed these spores in enough areas that I'm going to order enough fungicide to treat the entire lawn; but this gets expensive quick so want get feedback on if this sounds appropriate.
