Brass sprinkler spikes compatible with Eley hoses

I'm interested in finding some sprinkler spikes that are safe to use with hoses that have brass fittings. I currently have zinc Orbit spikes using Eley hoses. The zinc/brass combo can cause issues.

Are there sprinkler spike options that won't corrode or cause issues with brass coupling ends?

I've got some of these for impact sprayers. The Hunter bodies do fit. I could slowly replace with these they are just a bit expensive. I've also noticed that the brass sprinkler head comes with the Teflon tape on its threads already.

Eley suggested using Teflon tape on the threads to help prevent this.
