Bermuda sod survival

How long would bermuda sod last on a pallet or rolled up? I would plan on watering it if I needed.

We are having a pool installed next week and I didn't know if it would be worth cutting the sod where the deck and pool will go to help repair the damage to the lawn where the equipment will obviously destroy the lawn, or would I be better off sprigging and plugging from the healthy part of my lawn.

I would say 5 days, I had some in the back of my truck rolled up for about that long. It was sad, but it lived. Yes you can water it, but it's not getting sunlight rolled up and stacked.

I bought some TifTuf that was totally yellow/brown. Made sprigs and threw some down in a natural area, with water it bounced back in 6 days

A lot of contractors use plywood sheets to help protect the grass and they can be lifted at the end of the day. Might be worth asking about...we are having a pool done in the next 6 months...I'm hopeful to find someone that has a couple sheets to laydown but my backyard was free sod that took off so I figured I can get it back fairly easy!
