Reviews of that place are horrendous..

 

I see that but I don't understand why, could it be the expectations of the buyers they want this perfect piece of sod, that's not how it works. I deal with Anna all the time she has always been very nice and professional. the sod also depends on which one you buy, I have bought SA and Zoysia and some times the SA is not the perfect square the ends break off sometimes, but that also depends if the sod is wet. I don't know what to say I am very happy with them and the quality of the sod they sell.

 

Bahia is one of the hardest grasses to physically put down as sod. It falls apart quite easily. The process just looks like a mess that I wouldn't want to deal with.
I mean, it's doable but...

 

Yeah bahia is bad some growers put a mesh under it to try to keep it together but it still a mess. I refer to it as you lay sod but you throw bahia. It definitely helps if you roll it after, but it's never nice like other sod types.
