Anyone else tried "NoNet" TTTF?

Anyone else seeded or overseeded with a NoNet cultivar by Jacklin? I used the cultivar "Flame" a few times over the past few years, mixed with other TTTF cultivars (Bullseye, Firecracker SLS, Titanium 2 LS, and Summer) and KBG (America, Rugby II, and Bewitched), for overseeding and repair in the front. I can't evaluate the spreading, but the grass in all those areas looks good, as expected for TTTF, and disease wasn't a big issue this past Summer using preventative biofungicides (usually would get hammered in late July or early August with Brown Patch in the past).

Anyone else tried NoNet?

I used a good bit of it this Fall. Seems to be slower growing than the "usual suspects" (Firecracker SLS, Black Tail, Gazelle, etc., etc.). Beautiful deep green color and seemed to thicken up more than get tall. I'm happy with it so far. I want to see how well it survives the Winter because it just didn't seem to grow as fast as I'm used to.

Did yours also seem to grow slower? I'm wondering if it was the temps or if it just does that.

@Delmarva Keith, I can't say I've specifically noticed a different growth rate than the other TTTF I've used, but I wasn't looking for that, either. I do know it blended in perfectly with what I had already when I had to reseed a patch that got burned out one Summer near the street, and it seems to be handling the conditions well (I did go up one nozzle size in the sprinkler in that area as well). I've also had no Winter issues, and my Winter is a little harsher than yours. I think NoNet is a really good TTTF series.

The main front lawn is such a mix of different cultivars (at least 18 belonging to 4 grass species and probably even more than that), that I have no qualms about trying something new and different on it once in a while. NoNet has been one of the best so far, I think.

Even Bob Hogan (who was skeptical about it) now seems to sell it.
