Can anyone share any advice on this idea to use sodium chloride as an herbicide?
I found this herbicide called A.D.I.O.S. online, I believe it is made in Montreal, Canada.
It's supposed to be an organic selective herbicide, safe to use around kids and pets with no reentry restriction.

It's active ingredient is Sodium Chloride at 11.86%. But it's not just salt, it also has a formulation (possibly to make it stick to broadleaf foliage? and blue marker die). "Other ingredients" listed as Potassium chloride, Sodium bicarbonate, Sodium acetate, Sodium alumino sulfosilicate (Pigment Blue 29), and water at 87.14%
I know salt has a reputation of being harmful if you accumulate too much in your soil, but would it at these concentrations?
It says the rate is equivalent to 4.5gallons per 1000sq ft. And if I did use it, I'd probably have to use it a few times in a season
In terms of goals: Personally I don't need it to completely eradicate the weeds as I am fairly tolerate of them, but I'd be happy if it at least set back the weeds a couple times a season. And in my county, ALL pesticides and herbicides have been banned believe it or not except organic/OMRI.

Here's a photo of it working on some clover (I sprayed it on the clover in the center of the photo, this is a day or two after)

And here is a test patch before and after (1-2 days)
