Will my Zoysia recover?

Hello,

I had some buttonweed spread throughout parts of my Zoysia that I just couldn't get rid of. I ended up buying some Blindside herbicide and applied it using my boom sprayer to a part of my Zoysia. I used the heavier recommended rate, and it seems I made a big mistake. All of my Zoysia that was sprayed is now brown and seemingly dead (like it looks in the winter). Will my Zoysia come back in the spring or does it need to be replaced? I am very concerned that I made a huge, fatal mistake and it will never come back. Pictures attached.

Thanks in advance.

As long as you followed the label I think it will be OK in the long run but it may not green back up this season. There is no need to replace anything. You may see a slower green up in the spring.
I'm fine with it not greening back up this season, just wanted to make sure it would come back next season. Appreciate the feedback. Thanks!

I sprayed sulfentrazone on my zeon zoysia in early September and it looked dormant for three weeks before slowly growing out of it. It looks totally fine now.

Hopefully it stays warm for you so you can see some progress before winter.
@jdupree1990 did the exact same to his palisades in September and it looks good now as well.
