This stuff is growing in the shaded areas near the woodline. It looks like snow from a few feet away, but it is fairly solid. Some of it is in the woods, on the base of trees. It only grows on dirt. It seems to come and go quickly a few times a year. What is it? Google lens was unable to identify it.
