What is your yearly schedule look like for aerating, verticutting, scalping, ect?

I have noticed that my grass has a lot of brown underneath the top .250

Scalp(was .500 HOC) at the beginning of the season(grass is brown)
Cut every 3/4 days
When the temps get 85+ and grass is starting to grow hard
Scalp again(was .500 HOC) followed by aerate, pick up cores, top dress with USGA river sand
Yard service comes every 45 days to complete weed/feed

Do you have pics of your yard? I haven't done any of the methods you've started and I have brown grass under my green grass. I too would like some tips.
