I was using 2-4D/ roundup and it will get taken in by the poison ivy, but all it does is stunt it, but not actually fully kill it off. This time I am trying Q4 Plus as it is labeled for Poison Ivy, but is there something better? Brush Killer? Soil Sterilizer? I want to avoid a soil sterilizer because of the residual damage from products like that.

+1 @casts_by_fly 2,4-D, triclopyr, and GLY are the go to herbicides. Requires multiple apps. Also hitting them with a mixture helps things along.
