What is this white stuff?

New KBG. Up at top of the slope this white stuff keeps showing up. I haven't watered in 4 days and it hasn't rained, so it can't be over watering. Proprioconazole hasn't helped. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

I'm not totally sure, but have you applied organic fertilizers?

None at all. Only Scotts Starter with mesotrione.

I've seen something like that from Milorganite. Is it thru the entire yard?

Usually have it with Milo/organics. But this year I had it on some of my reno areas without. In both instances it was harmless and didn't really spread. I don't think it's anything to worry too much about.
