I started using PGR (T-nex) this year and am wondering what happens if you exceed the yearly limit of 7.0 fl. oz. per 1000 sq. ft. Especially concerning use in cool season grasses (KBG, TTTF, PRG). Also I wonder how conservative that limit is, and the consequences for violating the max. I'm interested to know if anyone here has exceeded the max limit, and what happed when they did so. What about Prodiamine? Anyone exceeded the max yearly limit on that? From what I remember, when Maverick violated the "hard deck", it worked out ok for him.

Typically it's a point of dimenishing return.
Ok, I was mostly curious because I would like to keep my lawn between 3-3.5 inches hoc. The T-nex label says that taller grass needs higher doses To be effective. I've only made one app so far, so I'll have to see how it responds. If I need higher application rates, I'll hit the limit faster.

TTF? Keep notes and monitor performance of turf in response to tnex.
 I have a mix of tttf, kbg, and prg (unfortunately Poa Annua too). I'm hoping it will help with heat/drought stress this summer.

Edit: added Poa Annua

I noticed the same thing - the grass has a hard time "growing out" of fungal disease. I always spray t-nex with a preventive fungicide and that seems to alleviate the issue.
