Hello TLF,

I'm new to lawn care and new to this community. I'm looking for some help identifying the majority of my grass type. I belive its fescue but the blades are thicker and it feels rough to walk on.

I'm also having a browning issue of anyone wants the chime in on the health of it.

I'm terrible at grass ID, but the clumping nature of it also seems to indicate a fescue.

At least the majority of it looks like tall fescue. I agree with the above.

Looks like tall fescue to me. Looks like a good dose of some H2O will help you green up. Get at least a full inch of water down every week. Hope this helps!
