I see that Pangea GLR is highly regarded in another topic here. Can it be used to overseed a lawn that has a mix of KBG and TTTF ? I do not know the mix ratio as I am the second owner.

My lawn will probably need some overseeding in September due to damage from some brown patch and pythium blight.
I feel overseeding with KBG will be a tough battle with the existing turf due to it's slow germination and long establishment time.

How fast (in terms of height) do the current elite PRG cultivars grow ? It's been 20 years since I used PRG. The PRG I used back then (in another home) established fast put went bye bye during the dogs days of July and August.

The current lawn sees about 20-30 days of above 90 degree temps each year.

My thought is that, yes, PRG can be used to overseed and is used to overseed sports fields because of its rapid establishment. I also think that PRG/KBG are similar in drought tolerance with KBG being slightly better. TTTF is best for drought tolerance.
