Most people can’t seem get an even application with a hose end sprayer. GCI Pete created a solution for injecting chemicals into the hose if you really want to go heavy on the carrier. I’m not sure if it’s any better than a hose end sprayer, but something to consider if you’re planning on dragging a hose anyway.

Or does the hose end sprayer varies during spraying...like cut in and out?

Mine do. You can see it happening if the color of the mix is dark enough. When I see the spray turn clear, I momentarily interrupt the flow and then it starts siphoning again. Super annoying. I do suspect Pete’s solution is better.
