I can't figure out what ratio to use for this...mainly the water.

It states to use a minimum of 20 gallons per acre. So, depending on your area you need to use a minimum of 1 gallon of water per 2200 sq ft (technically 2178 sq ft). As long as you're mixing the right amount of product for the given area of land, you should be good to go.
