You probably know of "America" KBG because it has a whole category named after it. It's been around since 1984, but I was told by several dealers over the past year that it's not being grown anymore, and whatever is in the distribution chain is likely to be the end. I know of one dealer that currently has some...Hart Seed.

The other KBG being phased out is "MyHolidayLawn". The product website has been down now for a few months. I called United Seeds to order a few lbs for a project, and I learned that it's being phased out, and it sounded like they only had about 15 lbs left despite what the inventory on the website said. There may be other dealers with some left still, but I'm not aware.
