The little twirly thing at the bottom of my spreader finally broke off after about five years of use. I'm thinking that that cheap plastic part isn't really needed.
The season is winding down, Christmas stuff is replacing lawn stuff at the hardware store, and I have a couple more spreader apps to go with the next one due in about three weeks.
Would you buy a new spreader now ($60 bucks) or.... would you wait to see if that spinner is really necessary and... risk not being able to make your apps?
