Since TTTF seed is larger than KBG seed, I would think there would be less chance of contamination by Poa annua or Poa Trivialis than with KBG seed, since it could more easily be separated out. Is this true in practice though?

Nope. If you look at the label of Black Beauty TTTF in your local garden store, you will see weed seed listed on the label.

Contact Hogan Company for clean TTTF seed. My past purchases had no weed seed on the label.

You want sod quality seed. You probably have Poa on the soil, but don't add more!
