Anybody in the vicinity of North East Kansas want to compare notes on fall fert and winterizer of TTTF?
Its been a crazy fall and early winter. Hot and dry, cold and dry, now cold and dry again. Dry!
I'm just curious what others have done in this area. Average first frost date October 15-19 depending on the source.
Heres what I've done.
9-30 Ammonium Sulfate .5lb/N per K
10-9 Milorganite .5lb/N per K
10-14 AS .5lb/N per K
10-22 Rain 2.25"
10-27 First frost
Still waiting to throw down winterizer.
Top growth has all but stopped but not stopped completely.
What have you done?
